On the surface, the upcoming LG Expo is a standard smartphone slider featuring a responsive touchscreen at 800 x 480, full Qwerty keypad, 5MP camera, GPS, Bluetooth and WinMo 6.5. Underneath, however, the phone is built on a 1 GHz Qualcomm.
The phone will benefit from other features including fingerprint ID pad, accelerometer, proximity sensor and FM radio. The “integrated” projector will not come standard, but will be available as an add-on and will fill approx 40 inches of space on the wall. It’s worthwhile to note that Expo will become the first US phone to feature LG’s LG-S interface, a modified version of WinMo 6.5.
The phone will reportedly go on sale through AT&T beginning on December 7.
